We created Trail Balance with Opening Balance for all GL Accounts of Dynamics GP, for Opening Balance we need to restrict to print only GL Opening Balance for Balance Type and Not Profit and Loss Type
We use Function =@GL("Cell","Balance",$D14,,G$12,,,,,,,,,,,,,"False")
The GL function doesn't offer to filter on account type. You would need to create a list of accounts in the given type and then use the GL function to pull the data you need.
Within the GL00100 there is a field called PSTNGTYP so if you create a rows function against that table, you can filter on the type.
PSTNGTYP (Posting Type):
0 – Balance Sheet
1 – Profit and Loss
