I am trying to create a Jet report from Business Central and come upon a problem. I have found the table and fields in BC using the Page Inspections Function but not all the fields in that table are showing in JET. Specifically the “Note” field.
Does anyone know why all the fields would not show?

Notes are stored in Record link but there are some work arounds to extract
As Ruth noted, the notes are in a separate table so using the Report Wizard will not allow you to select that field. This tool restricts the information you can pull to only one table. You will either need to build the report query by query using the NL function or use the Report Wizard and then using the NL function to build out the rest of the report.
Thank you for the input. Unfortunately I was getting an error when I tried to run the report and I had the following feedback from JET:
Unfortunately at this time the NL(BinaryText) function, as noted in the error, is not supported with Business Central public cloud data sources.
Our engineering team is looking into the ability to make this functionality work but it has proven difficult with the limitations imposed on Business Central public cloud by Microsoft in what data and metadata is accessible via the API.
