I am getting below error while trying to run the Jet Report. The report is working with other users but not working for 1 user.
We have tried different things but none of them are working. Checked the setting with another user and everything is setup the same way.
Looks like that specific user does not have permission in NAV but without being able to dig into all the details, it is tough to tell. I would recommend reaching out to the insightsoftware support team on this.
It looks like you're using a Web Service connection. In Data Source Settings, go to the Connection menu (down the left hand side).
There should be 2 radio buttons at the top (mine has SOAP and something else, I can't remember). Check the user's radio button against a user who is not having this problem, and toggle to the other one if needed.
(My business has recently moved to WS (oh, the joys!) and we all have to use SOAP despite it giving a warning.)
