I am trying to sort customer balances by the last transaction posting date.
I know how to sort the customer table by customer number and balances. The customer table does not have a last transaction date field so I know I have to get the last transaction date through the Customer Ledger Entry table. I don't know how to integrate the customer ledger sort into the sorting of the customer table.
Ideas?

Hi David, this is a bit tricky but can be done but is a little hard to explain without knowing your whole report.
High level, something like this =NL("ROWS","Cust. Ledger Entry","Customer No.","-Posting Date","*") would get you a list of Customer Numbers based on the Posting Date with the most recent at the top. You would then need to build your report around this.
