Jet Reports Registration Issue - returned blank

Hi,

I need some advice regarding the Jet Reports installation. When I proceed with the registration, the screen always returns blank.

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in, but the issue persists.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this?



note: If I choose Help -> activate, it returned succesfull after we sign on the browser, but the "registration required" still persist and we unable to continue the next process (add the data source).
