i have the following error on pc from a colleague.
When starting Excel 2010, the fooling error message appears:
If we disable the Jetreport Add-In, Excel works.
When the JetReport Add-In is activated, Excel stops working.

You don't mention what version of the Jet Excel add-in you are using. If at all possible, I would definitely start out by ensuring that you are running the most recently version available.
Next, I would also recommend trying this...
Does that resolve the issue? If so, try (one at a time) re-activating the other disabled add-ins and then closing and restarting Excel.
