Can I use custom cubes with Jet enterprise, or pull information from my own tables.

  You can create your own cubes with Jet Enterprise as well as pull information from your own tables. If pulling from a new data source then you would have to add it, if just creating your own custom table then you have to either add to your staging database if you will be using from other tables before adding to your data warehouse or you can just create a custom table to your data warehouse. Then you can create your custom cube.
