Hello,
I'm trying to run a report and am receiving an error message "an error has occurred processing your request"
I have no idea what im doing wrong, also in the top left corner of the screen i have and box saying "Jet service tier error notification"
Can anyone shed some light on how I go about getting the report to work please?

Hi Katie -
The service tier notification in the corner would indicate that there is an issue communicating with the Jet Service Tier (e.g., the service is not running, your App Settings are not configured for the correct server or port number, etc.).
If you are not able to determine what is going on by looking at your App Settings, you will want to submit a support request so that someone on the Jet Reports Technical Support Team can help you.
