Is there a way to extend the timeout period for inactive portal sessions? All I can find is the release notes showing the 20 minute timer being added.

That feature is not currently configurable. If it were, additional (manual) configuration would also be required (by a system admin) in IIS and elsewhere.
If, however, you feel that this would be a valuable feature for the Jet community, as a whole, I would you may want to suggest it on the Jet Ideas Portal by clicking the Give Feedback button on the right side of this window.

Darryl Hawes Thank you for the followup. I am not sure what the risk/benefit would look like for a feature like this. So far, I have only received the question from one user. I'll make note of it and let you folks know if it gets popular.

Andy Gates As a new user of the Hub, I'm finding the short session time to be an annoyance. If we want to motivate users to share reports on the Hub rather than keep local copies, then we should not require them to log in multiple times daily. I vote for a longer session time.
