I want to display all my NL Rows in a table. After formatting the sheet en setting up my table I run the report and my results are great.
When I go back to the design mode (sometimes I need to run the report 5 times) my table goes missing and I need to setup my table again.
I'm searching the web for two days now, but I can not found a solution..
(I do not want to use the NL table function, it's to complicated for others.)

The NL(Rows) and NL(Columns) functions are referred to as "replicating functions". That is, when a report is run, they make copies of the rows for columns in which they reside.
When moving from Design mode to Report mode, Excel is instructed to make a copy of the Design structure and store it in a safe place within the workbook. Then, when going back to Design mode, that copy is used. Any changes that are done while the report is in Report mode are not maintained. Further, if the Excel table format is created while the report is in Design mode, Excel is not able to store that complex formatting while having the Jet Excel add-in replicate the rows/columns.
As far as I know, the only way to reliably create an Excel table in a Jet report is through the use of the NL(Table) function. Then, Excel's Pivot capabilities can be used to create some fantastic results.
