Newbie Question, I'm afraid.
I was able to create a simple report with TB; liking Purchase price with sales price but now need to add a column to get the margin between two columns e.g. =(price-cost)/price. Where and how do I put this calculation when in design mode? Is that not possible?

You would want to add a formula from within Table Builder:
Alternately, you can add it while in Design mode (be sure to expand the range of the "HEADERS=" filter in the NL(Table) function)

No idea why this is so small. Please use your browser's zoom. Point is, I'm trying to deduct the Direct Unit Cost field in the Purchase Price table, from the Unit Price field in the Sales Price table. Formula is: =NP("Formula","([@Unit Price]]-[@[""LinkField"",""Purchase Price"",""Direct Unit Cost""]])/[@Unit Price]]"). Also tried it exactly as you wrote it, both methods. The table cell's code says =NL("Table","Sales Price",$D$5:$J$5,"Headers=",$D$4:$J$4,"TableName=","Sales Price","UseLocalFormulas=","True","InclusiveLink=Sales Price",$D$3,"IncludeDuplicates=","True") where J4 is my formula. When I run this I get multiple rows of the formula itself, rather than a calculation. Clearly I'm still not comprehending,..
Btw- before anyone suggests Jet Training,... I've been, for all the good it did me. We did not cover such things, simple as it ought to be.
