I'm using Jet Professional (32 bit Windows 10) version 17.2.17275.2 with GP.
Recently when I click on any of the Jfx functions the Jet Function Wizard doesn't open correctly. It partly opens but is greyed out as a separate tab in Excel that I can't access.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
The only things I could suggest would be:
a - (since you state that this started recently) try repairing your installation of the Jet Excel add-in by re-running the installation program
b - try a newer version ( there have been updates to the Jfx since the version you are running)
c - submit a request to the Jet Technical Support team. They may have seen this before or can have you create a log file that would provide more information.
