Hello Anastasiia Sakhnenko,
usually you use your windows credentials. The domain is usually detected automatically or you need to ask your IT administrator. You can use a different domain by typing DOMAIN\USERNAME in the username field.
Let me know, if this helps.
Best Regards.
Thank you for your answer.
Are there any steps of changing this settings?
I enter DOMAIN\USERNAME in the username field and I checked it with Command Prompt. Them domain changes in to the right one and I enter my password but the system writes an error as
Hello Anastasiia -
The error would indicate one of the following:
(1) the domain or user name is not correct
(2) the domain and user name are correct BUT the password does not match the Active Directory password for that user
Are other users able to log in? Are you using the same username and password you use to log in to Windows (or your organization's network)?
Sorry for this long discussion, the password was not correct. But it is not the same with which I log in to my computer every day.
So thank you for all comments)))
Hello Anastasiia,
so it seems that you weren't able to log in to the portal yet? Have you been given access rights via the administration console? Is this for sure the right user and the right domain? You might have to adjust your domain in the administration console as well, if it is not properly detected by the web portal itself.
Maybe it would be helpful, if you could tell us more about the setup and the environment that you are using, or, if it still not working, maybe the best way is to submit a request.
Best Regards
