I have successfully installed JetExpress on our Nav server, installed the JetExpress Excel add-in and tested the connection using Excel 2016 (64-bit) on a couple of our computers.
When I try to install the add-in on my own computer, which is has Office 2010 (32-bit) on Windows 10 (64-bit), the installer just shows one screen with a single paragraph: "An error occurred during the setup process, and no changes were made to the system. Click Finish to exit." There is no information relating to the kind of error or any apparent ability to review logs or something like that to help diagnose the issue. What can be done to resolve this? Running the installer as Administrator or not made no difference.
