we have some users where the jet add in disappears almost every day. To fix it, we have to disable, then re-enable the jet add in.
It does not happen to everyone, but it seems like the same people experience this every day.
Is there any solution for this?

From what you describe, something is definitely interfering with Excel's ability to track the Jet add-in.
While it is possible to ensure that the Jet add-in is always enabled - by launching Excel using the Jet Reports desktop app - that is a workaround, not a solution.
I would recommend contacting the Jet Technical Support Team. If you are able replicate this on a fairly consistent basis, they may be able to have you generate log files that might reveal what is causing the interference.
We also appear to be having this issue. We have only updated the majority of our users this morning and two hours in, one of our users is already having this issue.
