if wie hawe in windows setting comma separator (native for cz localization) "," report NL function is not working. The report ends with error log:
When is separator dot "." report is OK.
Jet wersion is: 19.1.18296.2
Excel: 2016 MSO (16.0.9126.2295) 32
Windows: MS Windows Pro. Version 10.0.17763´.

There are some challenges with the quoting around your cell references. Let's see if there is any issue more than that.
For a first test, does *this* modified function work?

If not, can we test with a simpler version of the function?
Starting with a blank workbook, place this function in cell F11:

And place this function in G11:

What happens if you enter this function into a blank workbook:
=NL("Sum";"Cust. Ledger Entry";"Remaining Amt. (LCY)")
and then run the report?

Let's see if we can find what is causing the issue. We only want two functions in our test: the NL(Rows) and the NL(Sum).
If this NL(Rows) function is used:

I´have tested in the blank excel sheet and They are results.
The first "ROWS" function it´is OK.
But if it's combine (or join) with the "SUM" function in one cell goes the function to the same error:
If these functions runs separate then is report OK.

Were getting closer to identifying this.
Let's run a test by taking the customer number out of the picture.

The issue sometimes indicates that it's an problem with the underlying data... but I can't prove that.
At this point, I would have to suggest that you submit this to the Jet Global Tech Support team. They may of seen this, previously, or they may have you generate a log file to find out what the issue is.

The Underlying data is not the case, becouse:
1) This same report runs well in jet hub. x On lokal PC not. Under the same data
2) If I switsch the nummber separator in lokal OS Windows in format on "." the report runs:

All the more reason that you should submit this to Tech Support. They will have more troubleshooting tools at their disposal and may even be able to duplicate the issue.

it was the version - after update to version from tech support:
