How to make the rows selection dynamic based on changes on the options page?

I’m trying to make my Rows formula (D25) on the report tab (Sum by Dept) in the attached report), =NL("Rows",Options!$D59:$D76), change based on a selection on the option page. On the Options page when a Report group (D27) is selected, the range for Company and Dimension 2 is selected and entered in cell G31 ($D$184:$D$193). That works fine, but on the report tab, I currently update the range (Options!$D$184:$D$193) manually as I have not figured out how to write the formula in such a way that it will update based on the report group selected and shown in G31.  Is it possible to reference a cell to do a lookup for the rows function?  Everything I try retuns #Value.  Any idea are appreciate, Bob T
