Report Parameter Validation

I'm creating a report for the sales Target , i need to add 2 Report Parameter
First One is the Sales Person Name
Second One is the Sales Person Region

My Question is can we validate the second parameter to shows only the region that is belong to the sales person selected in the first parameter ?
