Hi I have read the similar posts and can't seem to make my multi link work... can you please evaluate this statement?

It is not reading the Customer Posting Group link.. Any suggestions?
Sorry found my rookie mistake.. missing = before Source No.
Can you please explain to me why this statement - added in Item No. "<>@@>" is pulling customers with no information? I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong here.

Your filter...
"Item No.","<>@@"
should prevent source numbers (from the Item Ledger Entry table) - for which every record has a blank Item No. field - from showing up on your report.
Keep in mind... if any particular Source No. has ANY record in the Item Ledger Entry table where the Item No. is present, that Source No. will show up.
for example, if my data looked like this:
Source No. B would not show up in my report (all it's records have blank Item No.)... But Source A would show (there is at least one record with an Item No.)
What are you trying to do with linking from the Item Ledger Entry to the Item table and then BACK to the Item Ledger Entry
I am also linking to Customer to pull by Posting Group... so it is a multiple link Item Ledger Entry - Item, Item Ledger Entry to Customer
Maybe I am not doing this in the right way? My @@ Filter is pulling source no with no Item No. information

Let's break this down a bit.
If you were to use this function:
=NL("Rows","Item Ledger Entry","Source No.","Posting Date",$C$11,"Source Type","Customer","Entry Type","Sale","Item No.","<>@@")
what you should get a list of Source No. for which there is any record in the table that (1) has a posting date within range, (2) has source type of "Customer", (3) an Entry Type of "Sale", and a non-blank Item No.
Is that what you get if you use that function?
If you want to further limit this list to records with a specific Customer Posting Group, you could add that filter:
=NL("Rows","Item Ledger Entry","Source No.","Posting Date",$C$11,"Source Type","Customer","Entry Type","Sale","Item No.","<>@@", "Customer Posting Group",$C$12)
The next part of your function says "take what is returned from the Item Ledger Entry table and further limit it by only showing Source No. for items for which there is are records which indicates we get them from a specific vendor".
No the Item No <>@@ statement is not working .. It is pulling customers with no valid item no. And erroring out my report with a empty filter message. Report does run and shows me the customers with no valid item no's as well. Not sure how to combat this problem. The entire statement works like it is supposed to - with the exception of customers without a valid item no. Really at a loss here, wondering if I need to create filters and use an intersect instead?
Well i solved my again rookie problem... the problem was... i had two different dates between my rows=4 function and my rows function... Sorry to put you through all this, but you definitely solved my problem by forcing me to break down and see why the data was appearing and not appearing! thanks so much for your patience and help!
