VBA - detecting Jet Mode

OK, I know Jet Reports doesn't support VBA.

That said...we have users who will enter data into Jet workbooks taht are in Report Mode, and then wonder why their entered data disappears when they switch back to Design Mode.

I was hoping to build VBA that detects and warns users if they are making certain changes whilst the workbook is in Report mode.

Has anyone had an luck instantiating a JetRibbons or JetReports object, and knows how to find the properties for Mode?

Thanks from Australia,

Guy
