Drilldown not working on Remote Desktop connection


We have a user who is unable to drill-down when using Jet Reports on a RD Web session, The user is able to run the report but when they click the drill down button it almost seems like it trying to open the drill down window, but nothing opens and you can see a blank excel window open in the task bar, but that is all we can see. Its is happening only to this particular user. Any ideas on where to look to troubleshoot?
