We have just installed Jet Hub, with the service tier and Administration Console on a dedicated BI server, and the Jet Hub IIS components on a separate server.
We are able to web browse to the Jet Hub URL specified during the installation and get to the Jet Hub login page. However, when entering the credentials of a user listed in the Administration Console, we are unable to login. Nothing really happens when clicking 'sign in', the page just refreshes and clears the entered credentials without any error messages.
It looks as though Jet Hub is correctly talking to our Active Directory, as when deliberately entering an incorrect password or username, we get the following error (which we don't get when the credentials are correct):
Also, when adding users through the Administration Console, it correctly finds the list of users from AD.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.
