Link with multiple table business central

Hi All,

I am a newbie in Jet report with Business central.I have a situation while trying to generate a report.

Two tables: Job Ledger Entry and Resource

In the Job Ledger Entry table, there is a field Emp No. which has a relation with Resource table No. I need to show the Emp no and Name ( come from Resource table) in the report.

Using Table Builder, I can able to build the report. But, I want to generate this report with NL function. 

Can any give me a guide on how to use NL function or other function to generate it?

  If you create an NL(Rows) from the Job Ledger Entry from the Emp. No. field, you can use the NL(First) function to pull data from the Resource table using the Emp No. in the report as a filter. You just have to make sure in the Resource table to use the right field as it might not be called Emp. No.

  In Cell C4
  =NL("Rows","Job Ledger Entry","Emp No.")

  In Cell D4
  =NL("First","Resource","Name",<<emp no.>>,C4)

  Replace <<emp. no.>> with whatever the employee number in the Resource table is.  (I don't have an Emp No field either either of my BC tables)
