Jet Service Tier connection error since updating to 2019


We made a migration from Jet 2017 to Jet 2019.

We use Service Tier + Hub.

Unfortunately, since the migration, we cannot connect to the Jet Administration Console.

We obtain systematically the following message :

The Service Tier is Running.

During the installation, we just choosed:

The JetServices database has been backup.

Can you please give us some help?
