Hi
I am trying to assign a IF formula in the last column of the table in the design mode, so that when the table is updated, the last column which i created will also pop up with the values instead of manual work.
I have tried to use the formula directly but it does not do the calculations involved in it.

Here is how I do it (I used the Table Builder to create the table).
My NL(Table) function looks like this:
=NL("Table","Customer",$E$8:$H$8,"Headers=",$E$7:$H$7,"TableName=","Customer","UseLocalFormulas=","True","Filters=",$C$5:$D$5,"IncludeDuplicates=","True")
and here is what everything looks like in Excel (and you can see the IF function I added):

I have also created table using table builder.
I am trying to put in the IF formula in the last header and field but it does not want to accept the names and gives me the value error, please find the screen shot.
this is in German but its the same as you did. The picture would be clear when you zoom in. Please help!!

If you select cell O12 and click the Fehler prufen button, do you get some additional information about the problem with that cell?

Oh! You are using Jet Basics.
While the version of Jet Basics you are using can provide simple NL(Table) functions, adding additional functions to a Jet table requires the use of Jet Reports.

How did u determine it to be Jet basics?
The screenshot show the button to Activate Jet Reports. When Jet Reports is not activated (using the activation code sent when you purchase your license), it acts like Jet Basics.

Many partners, Jet Global, and other freelance trainers (such as myself) offer training and/or report-writing for a fee.
That fee varies depending on the provider. I have no doubt that someone in your area could provide this service.
