I am the primary report designer using Jet Essentials 2015. The person involved with setting up the interface is no longer with the company. I've been trying to use the scheduler, but at the end, when prompted for credentials either my user name or password is not correct.
I've spoken to our IT department, but they are not sure how/where to verify my user information or update my password. Jet is running on my machine and networked to pull from the server which contains our Navision database. Can someone give me some direction as how to locate where my user information is and how to change or update it?
