I have a simple NL Rows line
=@NL("Rows","Sales Header Archive",,"Document Type","Order","Sell-to Customer No.",Customers!$C$4:$C$15)
Returning the fields:
No.
Sell-to Customer No.
No. of Archived Versions
Amount
Order Date
Version No.
However, the same order "No." obviously has multiple versions how can I set it so it brings all the orders back but only with the information relating to the most recent "Version No."?
Essentially, for your document information data, you are going to need two fields; document number and version no.
The easiest solution is to create a Rows replicator for the Document No that meet your criteria, then use a reverse sort NL(First) [something like =@NL("First","Sales Line","Line No.","Document No.",$D6,"-Line No.","*")]. https://support.jetglobal.com/hc/en-us/articles/218953408-Sorting-NL-Last-and-NL-First-functions
Then you will have both fields and can create a function to return a single key to that record [something like =@NL("First","Sales Header Archive",,"Document No.,<<CELL REFERNCE>>,"Version No.",<<CELL REFERENCE>>)
As a side note, using an array for a filter like "Customers!$C$4:$C$15" can have a negative impact on your report.
