Issue trying to activate designer permissions

Hello, 

I have given access to JET reports from my supervisor. In her settings I appear as a designer but when I check my settings I appear as a viewer so I can't have the Designer bottom activated. We have noticed that the username are different so on my boss License settings it shows: Designer: AUTISM\IVI.SANCHEZ and in my settings it shows Viewer Username Ivi.SanchezMoncada . Could you please give me some guidance in how get this resolved?

  Either you or someone on your team should be able to log into the license portal and update the Username information.  You will then need to reactivate your license to capture the change in the Portal.  If you can't do this, you should be able to request the change from Support.
