Can't enable Jet Report add-in

I see a couple ideas that I am going to follow up one, but want to see if anyone else has had a similar situation. I can only access the PC when it is not in use, so I can't just sit down and bang away at this for a day.

Situation:

Install Jet Reports. Use the desktop icon to launch.

No Jet Reports tab.

Go into options, the excel add-in and the com add-in are disabled.

Trying to manually enable either results in a warring (sorry, no screen shot at the moment)

It can't find C:\Users\hcrawford\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns\JetReports.xll

BUT this file is in C:\Program Files (x86)\JetReports\JetReports.xll Which is where the PC that works is looking.

  Using the icon to launch always seemed to cause problems for me, but have you reached out to Support?  Seems like something isn't installing correctly.

  Have not reached out to support yet. I am new to this program and just thinking there might be a simple solution. Also due to limited access have not tried everything yet.

  After next weekend, I will have a chance to spend some time on the PC and if nothing comes of that, I will contact them.

  I saw someone had a similar issue due to the language being set to non-US English.  Did not seem to be the issue here.
