Performance issues for users working remotely by VPN


we've noticed a significant performance issues for one of our clients, when user is using Jet Reports, while working remotely, connected to company's VPN. Refreshing the same report, on local PC connected to the vpn, can take more than hour, while it takes only couple of minutes on the remote desktop in client's network. It seems to be an issue with the VPN, but we don't know what exactly can make such a big difference in report generation times. Do you have any tips on what to check or change in order to speed up the report generation on local PCs connected to the VPN? We are using the newest version of Jet Reports (22.1.22137.1).
