Hello,
While trying to run a report on one of our files we are having an issue with one user where Jet Report hangs on the "report option" window.
Nothing happens after pressing "run report"
So when closing excel on the taskbar it starts calculating but unfortunately it doesnt go any further than this.
Its on an RDS enviroment and only one user has this issue.
We already gave the user a new profile, but didnt do anything for him.
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
