We have one user that runs a specific report and it runs for hours. The same report was sent to multiple users to run and it runs within minutes. We had the one user even log into someone else's computer and the same during of running for hours. We deleted the user profile in Jet and recreated it, had them reboot computer and try again, still the same results. When I run it, it runs within 2:30 minutes. Any idea's why only one user would be having this issue even when logging into different computers?

John DeLaat Should have included, this user is the creator of the excel spreadsheet as well.

CascadiaDataworks Does this user have anything different? Do they use a VPN while others don't? Is this user on a different version of Jet/Windows/Excel? Is their data source set up different from everyone else?
