Error in GL function

Hi all,

I'm trying Jet Express for the first time.
I've installed and configured Jet Express. I've connected it to a NAV Cronus Database, and when I push the "Test Connection" button it tells me the connection is succeded.

Back on the Excel Sheet, if I use "Table Builder" function everything goes fine.
But, when I use the "General Ledger" function,In what lookup I entered "Balance" ,and in Account I entered suppose "1140",for this it works fine,
but when I entered start date and end date its giving me error like '#Value'.
Also for account lookup its not showing me all account numbers,I have to entered it manually.
Can you please help me find the problem?
