Adding a new customised report in Report player

Hello,

Is it possible to add a new report in the report player?

Please guide me.

  Hi Liizz,
  
  To add a report to your report player first close the Report Player application.
  Place your Excel file in the folder My Documents > My Reports > Reports (this is where the files for the application are stored).
  Create an image of your report in .png format (If you're on Windows 7 the Snipping application will do this, otherwise there's a piece of freeware called Greenshot that I like to use for this). Save the image with EXACTLY the same name as your Excel file (except for the suffix) into the folder My Documents > My Reports > Images
  
  The next time the Report Player is opened this report will be included. Inside the Report Player application you can change the description & associated information about the report by selecting F2 and editing the info.
