User had reports all setup for her but then they gave her a new computer and we installed Jet but when she brings up the Excel file and chooses Refresh no data is brought over. I don't know how to get Excel to look at the pre-existing reports, is there somethign we can copy from her old xp computer to the new Windows 7? She is using Office 7.

If the reports were built on a 32 bit OS, and are now on a 64 bit OS, the location of the Jet Reports add-in will have changed.
If this is the case, you should be prompted when you open the file to update links.
You can choose to update links, and you will need to point to (Default location) c:\Program Files (x86)\JetReports\JetReports.xlam.
If you have the file already open you can go to Excel - Data - Edit links, to see the same dialog box for updating
