Hi!
After editing a Formular or a Function, JetReports always starts the Report immediately.
How can I avoid this?
Thx for any help

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi Mike,
you might want to deactivate the "automatic Calculation" in Excel.
(Excel 2003)
Go to Tool -> Options -> Calculation tab, then select Maual Calculation.
(Excel 2007)
Go to Office Button(Found in the top left hand corner), select Excel Options, then slect Formula and make the change at the Workbook calulation header. -
Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi legacy,
thank you, but … this does not solve the problem.
I try to give you an example (not easy in Englisch ;) ):
If have an "NL-Function" with a Filter. This Filter is in Cell "$E$5".
If I do "J fx" and change the Filter from Cell "$E$5" to Cell "$E$6" for any reason, the report immediately starts a new calculation.
But I want to do some more changes in funcions and formulars in the sheet, before i want to start a new report/calculation. :?
So,what have i to do…?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Well, older topic but I have the same problem. Has anyone found a solution or a workaround for that?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Are you in Design mode?
Check the contents of Cell A1 in each Jet Reports sheet: it should contain Auto+Hide+Values, or Auto+Hide+Lock, or Auto+Hide+Report.
Please check the Jet Reports PDF documentation (page 128 and 147) or the Jet Help for more info on these commands.
