Not directly related to Jetreports but this is the situation:
- Excel sheet with different Graph-types, all based on Jetreports-figures
- Word document with linked Excel Graphs (by copy, paste special - paste link - Microsoft Office Excel Chart Object)
- MS Office 2003, SP3
When printing the report from Word, everything is fine: text, tables, graphs (line and bar). However all pie-charts are printed in black and white.
Printing to a physical printer and to .pdf have the same results.
Does anyone experience the same problems and does someone have a solution for this?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
Kind regards,
Gerard van Kuijl

Jet Reports Historic Posts Official comment Thanks for the reply. Didn't find anything on MSDN unfortunately.
Just found the cause of the problem: When I first started this report, I build it in Excel 2007. After a while I went back to Excel 2003 (because a part of our employees are still on this version).
When I went back to Excel and Word 2003, I copied some Graphs to 2003. They seemed to work just fine and most of them also print ok.
What I just now realise is that I changed the color-scheme of most of the graphs and guess what the ones printing in black and white are untouched. After changing the colors of these graphs to colors available in the 2003-version everything is ok… :-)
Should have thought of this earlier. -
Jet Reports Historic Posts Bizarre!
What word version are you using? -
Jet Reports Historic Posts You can say that :-)
Word version is: 2003 (11.8215.8202) SP3
Tried this also in Word 2007, behaviour is exactly the same. -
Jet Reports Historic Posts Maybe you should try look through the MSDN forums, but you probably have already :).

Jet Reports Historic Posts funny thing tough! :) looks like a little backward compatibility issue with the themes/colorschemes…
