How do I design a JetReport that subtotals amounts for a vendor at every change in vendor no.?

A similar question is how do I design a JetReport that provides a total count of every item for a particular vendor no.?

Currently, I only can perform this Excel feature once the JetReport is run. I don't know how to set-up the JetReport in the design mode so that it automatically subtotals when it is run.

I would appreciate you providing me with step-by-step instructions as to how to set-up the JetReport in the design mode so that it automatically subtotals when it is run. What cells do I need to highlight before I hit subtotal and etc. Attached is the spreadsheet that I want to group and subtotal.
