We have a report that runs the budget for the year, but is broken out into 2 sections (6 months each). Our CFO would like to send out the report that has been run and has all the numbers in it, but wants each department to be able to go in to the Excel Report and be able to change the numbers to see where they are now in their planning. Then he can collect the changes and start to plan out next years budget. Right now the table is locked and won't let anyone do anything, and the table has ben unprotected. Any ideas?

Jet Reports Historic Posts If it doesn't have Auto+Hide+Values in cell A1, try changing it to that.

Jet Reports Historic Posts That worked wonderfully. Now one more thing. The sheets are protected but I have unprotected them in Excel, is there something in Jet that I need to do that I'm missing?

Jet Reports Historic Posts To be honest I havn't played with protected sheets much in Excel. I would be inclinded to do the following:
1) Open report
2) Enter design mode
3) Unprotect the sheets
4) Save the report
5) Run it.
Somebody else here may be able to assist you with the protected sheets if this process does not resolve it for you.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Thanks for your help. That did fix one report. The second is still protected somewhere, but still wanted to thank you for your assistance.
