Can anyone please tell me if Jet reports, or previous versions of can be run with Office 2002 (XP)

Yes, according to the knowledge base article at
http://support.jetreports.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=569
Jet Reports version 7 and 2009 should work fine with MS Office 2002/XP.
