I'm not having success sending a report to an outsider- someone without jet report viewer.
I thought that I could just email it, but he can't seem to read it.
I send it to my home & it works. Is he doing something wrong or is there a way that I can 'clean' it for him.

What does the other person see? Does the report turn to all #VALUES or #NAME errors? If so, the fix is really simple. Just add +Values to cell A1 of the report page and rerun the report. It should say Auto+Hide+Values in Cell A1 of every page with Jet Reports functions on it. This will convert all of your Jet functions to values when the report is in Report mode. You can then save the report and send it to anyone who has Excel and they should be able to see all the data.
