today the report button in Jet tab in excel suddenly disable.
anyone have any idea?

Jet Reports Historic Posts It sounds like your license is expired. When your license expires (or you install a version of Jet Reports newer than the updates thru date in your Jet license file), all the buttons on the Jet ribbon are disabled other than the settings and about form. You should check your Jet license file. If it is expired and you are current on your Jet maintenance, you should contact Jet Reports support or your partner and request an updated license file.

Jet Reports Historic Posts I found out the problem already,
but don't know how to solve,
it seem that JET report reading my Cronus license which take the FIN.STX in GB language, I already remove the crones license file in my NAV client folder still not able to point it read to my nav license (fin). any advise??

Jet Reports Historic Posts You need to have your NAV license in the Nav client folder and the file must be named Fin.flf (or just Fin if you are not displaying file extensions). Does that help?
