Jet ribbon cannot be loaded

Hi,

One of our customers is getting the following intermittent error:

The Jet Ribbon cannot be loaded.If this workbook containts macros, ensure that macros are enabled when the workbook is opended.

Any help welcome.

Hi,

I'm not sure I've seen that error before. You should probably report this to Jet support and try to get an answer through them.

We have experienced this error when there is a conflict with another Excel add-in.
In our case it was the Toolpack Finance plugin.
