Hi
I have a problem in using two NL(filter) in the same formula. I am making a NL using the Value Entries-table. Besides filtering in this table I want to set filters in both the Customer-table (Customer posting Group) and in the Item-table (Item Category code). Doing this the "normal" way - just putting two NL("filter") nested in the same NL("Sum")-formula it doesn't really work.
Do any of you have a idea for a solution?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Might be helpfull to include the actual formula.

Jet Reports Historic Posts The actual formula is
=-NL("Sum";"Value Entry";"Invoiced Quantity";"Posting Date";$G$4;"Gen. Prod. Posting Group";"SCANNER";"Inventory Posting Group";$AH$3;"Document Type";"Sales Credit Memo|Sales Invoice";"Source No.";NL("Filter";"Customer";"No.";"Customer Posting Group";"<>KONCERN");"Item No.";NL("Filter";"Item";"No.";"Item Category Code";$AH$2)) -
Jet Reports Historic Posts I have a couple questions here. First, what do you mean by saying "it doesn't really work"? Does it return #VALUE? If so, what message do you get when you do a Jet -> Debug. Also, are you actually running this report by choosing Jet -> Report? Results in design mode are optimized for speed and not guaranteed to be correct.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hey, I think might be having a similar problem.
All I'd like to do is to reach the Value Entries table and filter it according to Document No. and Item No.. When using NL function, it works only with one of these filters. Using two of them simultaneously returns #VALUE or empty cells (I'm using NL function with no argument just as a key for other NF references, but I tried the same with sum, rows, first with the very same result).
Is there maybe any specific condition for filtering in the Value entries table?
Many thanks,

Typically, you can select the cell displaying #VALUE! and then click the Debug button on the Jet ribbon to get more details as to the specific issue Excel is experiencing.
