Hi Elena,

thank you very much for your answer. It works!
But now I have another Problem: The direchtory-path has a blank:
i.e. "O:\01 GTF\09 Verwaltung\JetReports\Batch"

And therefore it is not an entire link in the mail but only the path.

  I am posting daily automatic E-mails with the Scheduler. Is it possible to send only the Hyperlink to the output-file?

  Hi Rudi,
  
  When you setup your task, on the Email tab you un-check "Attach report to email" (but leave the checkmark on "Send email") and on the "Message" button you can add your output path on the body section.
