I have a Pivot Table drawn from a NL Table that is filtered by Sales Rep and then sent to each of 18 Sales Reps. It has been functioning fine until last week, when it started showing "stray data" outside of the actual Pivot Table (see attachment-the banded rows are the actual table).
The stray data is from the unfiltered data set, and it can be manually deleted (since it is not part of the actual table results).
This only started happening recently, and I really need the Pivot Table for the drilldown functions. The data is cumulative from Feb 2011 to present (no choice about that). Perhaps the data set is too large for the Pivot Table to completely refresh and clear all non-table data?
Any ideas?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hmmm, that is very curious. Jet doesn't actually do anything with pivot tables when refreshing a report other than tell Excel to refresh them. So I'm really not sure what could be going on there. If you really want to pursue the issue, you should open a support ticket with Jet Reports Support. The community site isn't really the right venue to try and solve things like this.

Hughes
