Hi all,
I have problems stopping a running report that was started with Scheduler.
I wanted to change a parameter for the report as the filter gives me too much results which causes the report to run for approx. 5,000 minutes (which equals 83 hours or 3,5 days).
Right-clicking the Scheduler task, I get options like End Task and Disable Task.
At first , I clicked End task, and changed the parameter, saved the file and started the task again.
Checking the produced reports, I saw that the original task was stil running, but the status-overview of Scheduler showed that the Task was "Ready".
Now I have disabled the task, but it still is running and I have no clue how to stop it, other than running to the IT-guys and ask for help.
Is that really the only way? :?
Anyone out there with tips?
Rgds,
Willem

Jet Reports Historic Posts Official comment Hi Willem,
I think the autopilot process is still running on the background. Go to your Task Manager, Processes and end the process Autopilot.
If there is no process autopilot, then I should suggest you end the process Excel (best save your open Excel worksheets before doing this ;) ).
I hope this helps.
