I am having an issue with sending out budget reports using the scheduler. I don't know if I'm missing a setting or what. After the schedule goes through generates and then sends my reports it also sends out the Batch file which contains the instructions for sending the reports. I don't know how to stop it from going out - it's quite embarrassing to have to recall this every time it goes out or to apologize for cluttering people's mail boxes. I have the batch file going to a different folder than the reports, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. I would appreciate any help you could give me.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi,
When you schedule the batch job in the scheduler, make sure you UNCHECK "Send Email" on the Email page. Whether individual reports being run by the batch report are emailed is dependent on the /E in the AutoPilot line in your batch report, so unchecking this should not stop those reports from being emailed. Unchecking this should stop the batch report itself from being emailed, which is the problem. Does that help?
