Hi all,
i wonder if anyone has encountered the following error message when trying to put a batch template into the scheduler
All the job task cannot run due to the same error.
The strange thing is that my job tasks are scheduled to run from 12am, 3am etc etc and no one should be accessing the server.
I have put the task to run in on a terminal server which means i can log out of my account if i am not using the server.
If i have run it manually, everything is working well.
Does scheduler work even though user is not logged in?
Error as mentioned below:
Microsoft Excel cannot access the file 'D:\Jet Reports\JetReport Excel\Input\Debtor List Batch Template-SPS.xlsx'. There are several possible reasons:
• The file name or path does not exist.
• The file is being used by another program.
• The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook.
Thanks

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi,
There is actually quite a long list of requirements to check off before scheduled tasks will run while logged off on a server. Please read the KB article here:

If you take all the steps in the article and still can't get it to work, I would advise you to contact Jet Reports Support.
