Create Reports with Months and Quarters

I have a report that is currently running either Months, Quarters, Weeks ETC.

Is there any way i can have it run by month and quarters..

As is Jan - Feb - Mar – Qtr 1 etc?

  I hope I did understand your question correctly.
  Please check the attached Excel-file. Perhaps this helps?
  
  Of course you can set the datefilter using an options-sheet.
